CDPE Designation

I received my Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation yesterday, thanks to Tony Martinez, and Dolores Roth. I'm very proud of that that achievement. I'm looking forward to helping people who are in distressed situations start over again, with as little collateral damage as possible.
